Pete was the person with the idea behind Positive Prison? Positive Futures… Pete helped set up the organisation and has been responsible for building many and varied links within the criminal justice system. Pete has a vision of why we are here and where we are going, and ultimately wants to make Scotland a better and safer place to live. Pete deals with strategy, development, administration, finances, staff supervision and everything else not covered by the above.

Thomas McCrudden – Advice and Guidance
Tosh was also involved from day one of PP?PF. Tosh spent two years as a volunteer engaging in a variety of tasks before becoming the mentoring coordinator. Tosh has been through the SQA Mentoring training and is now responsible for running our team of mentors. Our mentors operate wherever in Scotland that the need arises. Tosh deals with mentoring, mentor support, recruitment of volunteers and anything else that he wants to get involved with.

Jim Watson – Communications and Information
Jim is responsible for getting our message out to everyone. This is done through our website, through presentations and any other method of communicating that is appropriate. Jim will be updating our website so that it becomes the portal of choice for people seeking information relating to criminal justice within Scotland. Jim is also one of our trained mentors and likes to take part in academic research projects that relate to criminal justice!
