An opportunity to discuss and explore the use and abuse of labelling and to continue the search for a new language and vocabulary to fit with the emerging agenda for change within the justice system in Scotland.
This meeting follows on from the one held in the Mitchell Library on 16th March. It starts with lunch at 1230 and then at 1300 we will share a brief review of the previous discussions before letting your hearts, minds and mouths loose on the matter in hand… The meeting space will be set up to allow discussion around tables and it remains to be seen exactly how we will work towards a consensus before the finish!
All being well it will be possible to come up with words that work for everyone in the room. If we manage this then it is highly likely the words we find realistic can be used in documents, speeches and presentations prepared by Scottish Government ministers, civil servants and others, maybe even people in the media world.
NO PRESSURE THEN!
Please note the new venue address just a couple of blocks along Bath Street (towards motorway) from Robertson House
PLEASE RSVP OR BOOK ON EVENTBRITE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND – IT HELPS US TO ENSURE THERE IS PLENTY LUNCH!!
